While being able to give expert advice on the legal and financial aspects of Family Law, we are adept at finding creative and practical solutions for our clients. A great deal of our focus is directed at negotiating financial matters without the need for contested legal proceedings. Our lawyers are members of the Family Law sections of both the Law Institute of Victoria and the Law Council of Australia, and five of our lawyers are Accredited Family Law Specialists.
