How do I make an appointment?

You can do any of the following to make an appointment:

If you have been referred to a particular family lawyer you can email the lawyer directly, or contact our office by telephone to make an appointment with them; or
You can telephone our office and have a brief discussion about your matter with our friendly team and they can assist you to work out which family lawyer might be best suited to assist you; or
You can send an online enquiry via our website. If you provide some brief details about your circumstances, one of our lawyers will contact you by email or phone (whichever you prefer) to discuss how we can assist you.

How do we charge?

We largely charge our fees based on time. The hourly rates of our lawyers are based on their level of experience.

We will provide you with an estimate of costs at the conclusion of our first meeting with you, and with updated cost estimates as your matter progresses.

We always aim to be transparent with respect to our fees and to work in the most cost effective way possible.

When should I make the first appointment?

You would make an appointment at the first opportunity. It can be daunting to contact a lawyer, but the earlier that you obtain advice about your situation, whatever it may be, the better.

We will be able to talk through your situation with you and advise you the best next steps for you to take.
